If you are late 10 minutes or more for you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate life happens, missed bus, caught up in work. This is not a punishment but only to prevent overlapping of your therapists within the day.

Please be considerate when cancelling your appointment. We ask you kindly give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or re arrange your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the overall treatment. Failure to show for your appointment will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged. Therapists rely on your appointments to pay their bills etc and failure to cancel your appointment is a loss of income to them 

We take great pride in all our work and above all else we want you to love the way you look and feel after your services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service allow us to make the proper adjustments to rectify this. Please contact the salon within 48 hours of your service. After 14 days a complimentary adjustment will not be considered, 

Our salon is not child or pet friendly. We use many chemicals and sharp instruments and a busy salon is a safety hazard for children and pets. We ask you refrain from brining any children and pets other than service pets into the salon. 

Please arrive to your appointment wearing NO eye make up, strip lash glue or serums. You will be refused treatment as the above products take time to remove and can greatly affect the adhesion of the lash extension glue.

Please refrain from drinking any caffeine or alcohol drinks this can cause the eyes to flicker and may result in your treatment being cancelled. 

1. Keep lashes completely dry for 48 hours. Failure to do so will results in the glue bond being broken down and lashes will begin to fall away from the natural lash
2. Brush them
3. Avoid any oil based products on and around the lashes. 
4. Don't pick them
5. Keep them clean using baby shampoo
6. Have regular infills  to keep them looking at their best every 2-3 weeks
